A chatbot-based guide, currently delivered via WhatsApp, tailored for learners balancing work or family commitments.
What You’ll Gain

Programme Eligibility
We strive to ensure that the Guidance Programme is impactful and accessible by working with the right participants, facilitators, and partners:
For students
- Aged 17-24.
- Refugees, regardless of nationality.
- Have completed or are about to complete secondary education.
- Motivated to pursue higher education opportunities locally, internationally, or online.
For facilitators
- Refugees or individuals with experience working with refugee youth.
- Skilled in facilitation, communication, and adapting workshops to local contexts.
- Passionate about guiding youth through educational opportunities.
For partners
- Organisations already engaged in refugee support and education.
- Committed to delivering quality, accessible programmes in their communities.
- Able to collaborate on outreach, logistics, and tailored adaptations.

Where We Work
The Guidance Programme is delivered in key locations where refugee youth can benefit the most. We currently offer the programme in Jordan, Lebanon, Uganda and Turkey.
