Welcome to the Mosaik Open-Source Guidance Programme.
The Guidance programme is a seven-session course that is designed to help refugees access university education. However, this course is different as it is designed to be led by refugees who want to help others in their communities. We call this peer-to-peer learning. You don’t need to be an expert to facilitate a course but you do need to be patient, empathetic and supportive.
If you think that this is you, this webpage contains guidance for you, the facilitator, on how to start your own course, all the session plans and materials you need, and ideas for how to adapt the course for your and your participants’ needs.
The course can be delivered online, face to face, or blended. The materials are editable and adaptable

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Use the facilitator guide to learn more about what is required to run a course. We have a self-access facilitator training pack and resources to help you start, run and monitor the success of the course.
