The Artificial Intelligence, Digital and Cyber Law master’s degree is a dual-degree programme delivered through a partnership between Edge Hill University (UK) and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine) as part of the UK-Ukraine Twinning Initiative. It is designed to educate highly qualified legal professionals with deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills to tackle complex legal and regulatory challenges in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and cybersecurity. The curriculum emphasizes both national and international approaches, preparing graduates to work within global professional spaces and enabling them to contribute meaningfully to contemporary legal issues involving digital law and AI governance.

A key goal of this programme is to expose students to foreign and international standards for regulating AI and cybersecurity, thus helping future specialists create safe environments where AI supports society without increasing cyber risks. The programme also aims to enhance students’ competitiveness in the global job market by fostering international professional networks and equipping them with innovative problem-solving abilities essential for modern legal practice. Admission requires a bachelor’s degree and performance on Ukraine’s standard entrance exams for higher education applicants.
